Method
  1. Heat 1 tbls. cooking oil in a pot
  2. Add Jeeru then add haldi as soon as jeerru statr to splutter.
  3. Immedietly add the chopped onions cook until golden in color.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes cook well until oil separates
  5. Add the ready cooked red kidney beans and the ready cooked Homny( cannot substitute for fresh corn) stir well cook over low heat
  6. Add salt to taste, fresh green chillies and half of the fresh Dhana , lime juice to taste
  7. Add the coconut cream just before serving bring to a quick boil and serve.
  8. Garnished with remaining Dhana.
  9. This is a traditional African meal and does not require Roti or rice but again the choice is yours.
  10. You may add Red chilly powder if u so wish.
Ingredients:
2 x 16 oz tin red kidney beans(cookd).
2 x 16 oz tin cooked dry corn
alternatively, soak 2 cups of dried corn overnight and boil in a pressure cooker for 13 minutes)
i x 16 oz tin coconut cream.
2 medium size ripe tomatoes dices
1 mediuam size red Onion diced
Fresh lime juice
3 hot fresh green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp cooking oil
chopped fresh green dhanias.
