Moong Corn Cup Chat

Method
  1. Mix all ingredients given for base.
  2. Make dough balls and small chapatis.
  3. Wrap this around small bowl to get the shape of the bowl.
  4. Fry in oil till light brown. Make all dough in this way for base of chat. Keep away.

    Mix well all other ingredients. Put tamarind and green chutney in this mixture.

  5. Place this mixture in fried base of corn.
  6. Add chutneys and besan sev. Spread chat masala.
  7. Chat is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
Sprouted kidney beans - 1 cup
Bowled corn - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1
Green chilly chopped
Pomegranate - 2 tsp
Green coriander leaves
Paneer - 1/2 small bowl
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder to taste
Chat masala
Browned cumin seeds
Mint powder
Lemon juice
Black salt
Crushed potato - 1.2 tbsp
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Besan sev for decoration

For Base

Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Maida - 3 tbsp
Salt
Oil
