Paneer and Baby Corn Stir Fry

Method
  1. Marinate paneer and baby corn in all the ingredients from chili powder to Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat remaining oil in a non stick wok.
  3. Stir fry all the capsicums and onin for 2 minutes..
  4. Add paneer and baby corn with the marinade to the wok and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with flour or maize tortillas.

Ingredients:
paneer - 250 gm, cut like finger chips
baby corn - 250 gm, parboiled
chili powder - 2 tsp
chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
oregano - 1/2 tsp
lime juice - 2 tbsp
worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
oil - 5 tbsp
green capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
red capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
yellow capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
onion - 1/2 cup, sliced
white pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
