Rice Salad - Chinese style
Method
- Heat oil saute corn, onion and capsicum.
- Add rice; saute for a while.
- Add chilli flakes, pepper and herbs.
- If required, add salt and serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice
1 tsp - chilli flakes
1/2 cup - corn onion capsicum
1/4 tsp - pepper 1 tsp herbs
salt
1 tbsp - oil
