Sprouted moong and corn platter

Method
  1. Boil corn and moong in the pressure cooker upto 1 whistle
  2. Drain water.
  3. Cut onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  4. Mix corn and moong with onion, tomato, etc.
  5. Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and coriander leaves.
  6. Decorate with fried noodles.
Ingredients:
100g - sprouted green whole moong
100g - sweet corn
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 - green chilli
1 cup - coriander leaves
1 tbsp - chilli flakes
1 tbsp - oregano
Salt as per taste
50g - fried noodles
