Method
- Peel the skin of the mud apples and mash it well.
- Make a paste of cocoa and cornflour with a little water.
- Heat the milk and sugar and cool.
- Then add the cocoa mixture and make it thick.
- Add sugar to the above mixture and also add the cream and the mashed chikoo mixture. Serve it cold.
Ingredients:
6 - chikoos (mud apples)
2 pieces - dried figs
1 1/2 tbsps - cocoa powder
2 tbsps - cornflour
2 tbsps - sugar
1/2 litre - milk
1 cup - cream
