Method
- Melt the gelatin in a pan. turn off the heat.
- Add honey, cream and condensed milk to the pan.
- Mix well
- Take a glass bowl and arrange half the figs.
- Add the mixture over the figs and refrigerate.
- Once half set add the rest of the figs on the top of the mixture.
Ingredients:
2 cups - milk
20g - gelatin
250g - cream
10 - figs
6 tbsp - honey
1 tin - condensed milk
