Orange Pudding

Method
  1. Mix 1 tbsp. sugar with lemon juice.
  2. Put the cake in a serving dish and slit it from the centre.
  3. Heat the lemon juice slightly and pour it over the cake.
  4. When the cake turns white, keep it in the fridge to cool.
  5. Mix 1 tbsp. of sugar with cream and beat till stiff.
  6. Spread this cream mixture over the cake and serve it cold.
  7. Garnish with orange slices.
Ingredients:
1 - sponge cake
2 cups - cream
one lemon juice
2 tbsp - sugar
4 to 5 - oranges
green candies and dry fruit for garnishing
