Pineapple Souffle

Method
  1. Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
  2. Add sugar while dissloving the jelly crystals.
  3. When the jelly is set, crumble the jelly with a fork and keep it back into the fridge. In the meanwhile, gently beat the fresh cream on ice.
  4. Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed.
  5. Add the beaten cream, pineapple essence and pineapple pieces to the jelly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a fancy glass bowl and keep to set in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or till set..Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
2 packets - pineapple jelly
1 cup - tinned pineapple pieces
400 g - fresh cream
8 tsps - sugar
1/2 tsp - pineapple essence
