Method
- Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
- Add sugar while dissloving the jelly crystals.
- When the jelly is set, crumble the jelly with a fork and keep it back into the fridge. In the meanwhile, gently beat the fresh cream on ice.
- Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed.
- Add the beaten cream, pineapple essence and pineapple pieces to the jelly.
- Pour the mixture into a fancy glass bowl and keep to set in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours or till set..Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
2 packets - pineapple jelly
1 cup - tinned pineapple pieces
400 g - fresh cream
8 tsps - sugar
1/2 tsp - pineapple essence
