Method
  1. Keep the bread aside and mix the remaining ingridients in a bowl.
  2. Spread this mix on the bread slice.
  3. Heat some oil/butter in a pan and place the bread with the mix side facing down.
  4. Flip the bread once it turns brown and cook the other side.
  5. Cut the toast lenght wise and serve it with ketchup.
Ingredients:
bread - 8 slices
sooji/rawa - 2 tbsp
fresh milk cream - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
1 medium onion - chopped
1 medium tomto - chopped
2 green chilies - chopped
a handful of chopped coriander leaves
