Method
- Separate leaves of curry, peel the garlic flakes.
- Break the chillies into two parts each.
- Heat half the amount of the oil, add half the amount of cumin seeds.
- Let it splutter, add garlic fry it and remove.
- Add curry leaves and fry it.
- Remove, fry chillies. Grind all.
- Heat the remaining oil add cumin seeds.
- Add the ground ingredients, salt, fry a little and remove from flame.
- Tastes good with bhakhris or chapatis
Ingredients:
1 - curry leaves bundle
5 to 6 - green chillies
5 to 6 - garlic flakes
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
