Method
  1. Chop the onions finely. Chop the carrots into 2cm cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute them for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the chopped carrot, red chilli powder and salt then saute them for a while.
  4. Then add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar then saute for a while.
  5. Now add some water and let it cook for 5min.
  6. Now add the garam masala and mix it well.
  7. Add the curds to it. Let it simmer for 5min more.
  8. Top it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.

Tip:
It will be great with any kind of roti and vegetable biriyani.

500 g - carrot
1 - onion, medium sized
4 tsp - oil
3 tsp - thick curds
2 tsp - chopped coriander
1 tsp - chilli sauce
1 tsp - soya sauce
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - vinegar
salt to taste
