Method
- Chop the onions finely. Chop the carrots into 2cm cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute them for a few minutes.
- Now add the chopped carrot, red chilli powder and salt then saute them for a while.
- Then add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar then saute for a while.
- Now add some water and let it cook for 5min.
- Now add the garam masala and mix it well.
- Add the curds to it. Let it simmer for 5min more.
- Top it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.
Tip:
It will be great with any kind of roti and vegetable biriyani.
