Method
- Roast all ingredients except tamarind on kadai without oil.
- Grind to paste.
- Boil diluted tamarind water till the raw smell fades off.
- Add the ground paste to it with some salt to taste.
- Just saute some jeera and whole pepper in half spoon ghee before serving with rice.
- Ideal for stomach disorders.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp - red pepper
1 tbsp - jeera
1 tsp - urad dal
1/2 tsp - methi
curry leaves
small portion of tamarind
