Spicy Corn Curry

Method
  1. Cook the corn nibblets in salt till soft (however if you use frozen corn avaoid cooking as they are already soft) drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Once they start splattering add the chilli paste to it and let it fry for a few seconds make sure you donot burn them.
  3. Add the corn and on a high heat cook it for about a minute or two stirring constantly and add red chilli powder, salt(if you feel if its necessary anymore), sugar, soy sauce and aginomoto and let fry for 1/2 a minute further more on medium heat and garnish with finely chopped fresh Coriander leaves.
  4. This can served with any rice dish or can be had just as a snack, but make sure its served piping hot.
Ingredients:
250 gms tender fresh corn nibblets or a pack of frozen corn nibblets
3 green chillies
1 inch ginger piece
5 garlic cloves
2 table spoons soy sauce
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 table red chilli spoon
1/4 tea spoon sugar
1 pinch aginomoto
salt to taste

Note:
grind chillies,
ginger and garlic coarsley.
