Method
  1. Deep fry badi in 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Now add chopped methi leaves.
  3. Add little water. Cook till badi is completely soft.
  4. Now in other kadai take 2 tbsp oil. Heat it. Now add jeera.
  5. After spluttering add onions.
  6. Fry till onion get brown.
  7. Now mix it with cooked methi badi.
  8. Now in other kadai take 1 tbsp oil & heat it.
  9. Now add chopped garlic and haldi & fry it till brown.
  10. Add this in to methi badi mixture. Now cook it for fe minutes.
  11. Serve it hot with chappati, parantha and dal chawal.
  12. Enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup - moong urad badi
6 to 7 cups - methi leaves
2 cups - chopped onions
4 tsp - chopped garlic
4 to 6 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - jeera
1/2 tsp - haldi
salt to taste
red chilli powder to taste
