1/2 cup - each of channa and moong dal
1 small bunch - fenugreek leaves
125 g - shelled peas
1/2 - coconut
1 - carrot
1 big bunch - coriander leaves
6 - green minced chillies
1 - minced onion
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
a pinch of asafetida and small according to taste
