Method
  1. Cut the fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
  2. Take a bowl add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd and all the spices.
  3. Mix well adding water and make small balls.
  4. Deep fry these balls enjoy with chutney and sauce.
Ingredients:
250g - fresh fenugreek leaves
50g - besan
50g - wheat flour
5g - roasted sesame
1 tsp - green chilli and ginger paste
1 tbsp - curd
A pinch of sugar
Salt as per taste
A pinch of soda
1 tbsp - coriander jeera powder
Oil for cooking
