Methi Channa Dal Curry

Method
  1. Wash channa dal, add two small cup water, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder & give it one pressure in cooker.

  2. Take oil in kadahi. When hot add jeera, hing & chopped garlic.

  3. When garlic turns brown add tomates & green chillies & fry it.

  4. When masala leaves oil then add methi & cooked dal to it & let it simmer for 10 minutes or till methi is done.

  5. Lastly add butter & red chilli powder & mix it throughly.

  6. Serve hot with roti or paratha.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Green Methi [fenugreek] leaves, washed & finely chopped
2 handful of Channa Dal
2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
3 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
1 pinch of Hing
1/2 tsp of Jeera
1 tsp of Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Butter
1 Green Chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
