Wash channa dal, add two small cup water, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder & give it one pressure in cooker.
Take oil in kadahi. When hot add jeera, hing & chopped garlic.
When garlic turns brown add tomates & green chillies & fry it.
When masala leaves oil then add methi & cooked dal to it & let it simmer for 10 minutes or till methi is done.
Lastly add butter & red chilli powder & mix it throughly.
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
