Method
Mix all ingredients with water, except oil.
Make a dropping consistency batter. Heat oil.
Drop approximately 3 inch bulbs of batter carefully in hot oil.
Fry till light brown on both sides.
Blot excess oil on tissues.
Serve with ketchup or tamarind chutney.
