fenugreek leaves (methi bhaji) - 3 cup, chopped
oil - 4 tbsp
cloves, cardamom - 2 each
cinnamon - 2 cm piece
onion - 1 cup, minced
ginger - 2 tsp, minced
green chilies - 1 tsp, minced
chili powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1\2 tsp
curds - 1\4 cup
lime juice
salt to taste
