Carrot Beetroot and Orange cocktail

Method
- Steam the beet root till soft.
- Peel and grate.
- Grate the carrot.
- Combine booth with � cup water and blend.
- Strain,pressing out all the juice.
- Add orange juice and honey.
- Serve chilled.
