Fresh fruit salad

Method
  1. Wash the grapes and halve them. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  2. Dice the apple with the skin on.
  3. Peel the orange, remove pith and pips and separate the segments. Pare and dice the pear.
  4. Pare and dice the papaya.
  5. Mix all the fruits together in a bowl with the honey. Halve the melon.
  6. Remove pith and pips.
  7. Scoop out the pulp with a tablespoon, dice it and add to the fruit mixture.
  8. Cut in a zig-zag way, the top of the half melon shell and fill with the fruit mixture.
  9. Chill and top with honey before serving.

2 bananas
1 apple
200 gms. seedless grapes
1 orange
1 pear
100 gms. papaya
1 medium honeydew melon
50 gms. honey
