Fruit & Jelly Custard

Method
  1. Prepare custard as per instructions on the pack.
  2. One small packet of custard will suffice. Keep aside and allow to cool.
  3. Prepare jelly as per instructions on the pack. One small packet of jelly will suffice.
  4. Pour the mixture into disposable glasses. Fill one-third of the glass.
  5. Keep at room temperature for half an hour and allow to set.
  6. Till the time the jelly is set, chop the fruits and keep aside.
  7. I used banana, grapes, black grapes, apple, chikoo and pineapple.
  8. Add the fruits on top of jelly. Fill two-third of the glass with fruits.
  9. At last fill the glass with custard.
  10. Top with grated chocolate or whipped cream.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits or fresh fruits like cherry/ strawberry or grapes.
  12. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  13. Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
jelly mix (flavor: raspberry / strawberry / cherry)
custard mix
seasonal fruits (chopped)
chocolate (grated) or whipped cream for garnishing

transparent disposable glasses
