Method- Knead a firm dough with all the ingredients except ghee.
- Make small balls and roll out each to 8 cm discs.
- Deep fry in hot ghee till puffed and golden.
- Boiled, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes can be used instead of bananas.

3 cups wholewheat flour (atta) sieved
3 bananas
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Ghee for frying
