Keri Kanda Kakdi Salad

Method
  1. Chop all mango, onion, cucumber very fine.

  2. Mix all in a large salad bowl along with other ingredients.

  3. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings
Shelflife: Best fresh

Note: This salad goes very well with steaming hot rice, toor dal and papad.

Ingredients:
1 medium tothapuri mango raw (any other variety which is sweet and sour)
1 large onion
2 small tender cucumbers
1 tsp. fresh coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 pinch asafoetida
2 pinches black salt powdered
