Method
  1. Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and boil on a low flame until it reduces to half the quantity.
  2. When the milk has reduced to half, add the sugar and cardamom powder and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  4. Then add the mashed mango pulp and mix very well.
  5. Garnish with mango pulp and chopped almonds.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours and serve chilled.
