Method-
Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and boil on a low flame until it reduces to half the quantity.
- When the milk has reduced to half, add the sugar and cardamom powder and cook for a few minutes.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
- Then add the mashed mango pulp and mix very well.
- Garnish with mango pulp and chopped almonds.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours and serve chilled.
