Mango sago pudding

Method
  1. Soak sago for an hour.
  2. Wash it to remove excess starch before and after soaking process.
  3. Boil enough water first and add the soaked sago and cook until its soft and translucent.
  4. It hardly takes 4–5 minutes.
  5. Drain water in a strainer and wash it under running tap water to wash out the excess starch so that the sago is not sticky.
  6. Chop the mangoes (discard the skin) and reserve finely chopped mango pieces (1/4 of a mango) for garnish.
  7. Blend the rest of the mango pieces with condensed milk and milk and sugar if desired to a smooth paste.
  8. Add more milk if you want to change the consistency.
  9. Transfer to a bowl, add the cooked sago.
  10. Mix well and lastly top with the mango bits we reserved and chill in the refrigerator.
  11. Tastes great when served chill, enjoy the awesome texture of sago and mango combo!

1/2 cup - milk
2-3 tsp - sugar, if needed
