Method
Peel and cut the fruit in smallpieces, and put in a heavy bottom vessel.
Keep it on gas and go onstirring, so that all the fruits should get smashed.
Add sugar and go onstirring so that all the sugar get deluted, and the cosistency comes outlittle thick.
Now boil the milk add sugar and bring to boil,whenthe quantity of milk reduces, simmer the gas, in one cup add half cup ofcold milk.
Add custard powder and mix it and add to the boiling milkand go on mixing it so that there should not b any lump in the custard.
When the custard becomes little thick remove it from the gas and let it get cool.
After a while keep the mix fruit mixture and custard in the fridge to become cool.
Serve it in the small bowl few spoonful of fruit mixture and few spoon ful of custard and serve it.
It is reallydelicious and contains very low calories.
