Method- In a pan, add ghee and then add orange peels.
- Fry for a minute. Keep it aside.
- Now, to the same pan add oil. Pop mustard.
- Then add cumin and red chilly.
- Cut tomato and add it to the pan.
- Add a tumbler of water, cooked dal and tamarind juice.
- Now add rasam powder and salt.
- Mix well. Add the fried orange peels. Boil well.
- Garnish with curry leaf and coriander.
- Serve hot with rice.
