Method
- Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle sugar in it.
- Place the chopped pineapple pieces in it and cook till the sugar caramelizes (turns brown) and pineapples are lightly soft.
- Add 1/4 cup water and bring to boil; cool.
- In blender pour this and add lychee juice.
- Add ice and liquidize till smooth.
- Serve cold with a piece of pineapple garnished!
- If you want you can filter using a metal strainer!
