Pineapple and nut cream pudding

Method
  1. Combine condensed milk and milk in a pan and boil.
  2. Soak China grass in 1/2 a cup of water for 10 mins and melt it (boiling) and add it to the milk mix.
  3. Add vanilla essence to it.
  4. Crush the cashew nuts.
  5. Beat cream and add sugar and color and stir in the crushed cashewnuts and mix well.
  6. In a pudding dish, place the pineapple pieces and pour the condensed milk mix over it and let it set.
  7. Finally pour the cream mix on top of it.
  8. Refrigerate and serve.

1 tin - pineapple (chopped)
1 tin - condensed milk
8 gm - China grass
100 gm - cashew nuts
1 tsp - Vanilla essence
1/2 cup - water
1/2 litre - milk
1 tin - Nestle cream
2 drops - orange/pink color
1 tbsp - powdered sugar
