Tropical Milk Shake

Method
  1. Blend together pieces of mangoes, pineapple and banana and sugar and pulse in a mixer jar or juicer for 1 min.
  2. Add half of milk and pulse for 2 mins.
  3. Add the remaining milk and vanilla essence and pulse till smooth.
  4. Pour in tall glasses and put a scoop of ice-cream in each glass and top with whipped cream.
  5. Substitute with any seasonal fruit but keep in mind to keep the balance of sweetness and sourness.
  6. Always use at least one sweet fruit with two sour fruits. Too much sourness may ruin the shake with its acidity.
Ingredients:
2 - ripe mangoes, chopped
1 - ripe banana
1 - medium pineapple, cleaned ,cubed and cooked lightly
Sugar as required
2 cups - chilled milk
4 scoops - vanilla icecream
1 tsp - Vanilla essence
Whipped cream (optional)
