Method
  1. Rub ghee into the flour to get breadcrumb consistency.
  2. Fry on medium fire till it turns medium brown.
  3. Remove from fire and cool for 5 mins.
  4. Add powdered sugar, almonds and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add condensed milk in small quantities to get a mixture which is neither too dry not too wet.
  6. Form into oval pinnies and leave to cool.
  7. Serve decorated with blanched almonds.
Ingredients:
� tin - condensed milk
400 gms - whole wheat flour
100 gms - powdered sugar
150 gms - ghee
50 gms - almonds, coarsely ground

For Decorating:
a few blanched almonds
