Method
- Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel.
- Add the wheat flour and saut� the wheat flour till golden brown.
- Gradually add the jaggery and water, stirring continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
- Cook till all the water has been absorbed.
- Serve hot garnished with finely sliced almonds.
Ingredients:
1 cup - atta (wheat flour)
3/4 cup- jaggery
3/4 cup - ghee
14 to 16 - finely sliced almonds (for garnishing)
2 1/2 cups - water
