Apple Crumble

Method
  1. Peel and slice apples.
  2. In a saucepan, put sliced apples, honey, lemon rind and water.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Spoon into a greased tin and carefully add the topping.
  5. Mix cornflakes and sugar and gently work in margarine.
  6. Bake at 180ÂșC until it turns golden brown.
Ingredients:
5 - cooking apples
2 tbsp - honey
1/4 cup - water
2 strips - lemon rind

For topping:
25 g - polyunsaturated margarine
1/2 cup - cornflakes
1/4 cup - sugar
