Method
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Chop cashewnuts.
- Soak raisins in rum, and keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- In a mixing bowl, put the apples, cashewnuts, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and the raisins-rum mixture.
- Mix well, bake in a pudding dish at 450° F for 20 mins.
- This pudding is to be served hot.

8 - apples
8 tbsps - brown sugar
2 tbsp - rum
1 tbsp - butter
30 g - raisins
10 g - cashewnuts
1 tsp - lemon juice
1 tsp - cinnamon powder
