Method
- Put the orange juice, butter and honey in the shallow bowl, cover and cook for a minute on the high until the butter is melted.
- Stir well to prepare the sauce.
- Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise.
- Place them in the bowl and gently turn over to coat them well with the cooked sauce.
- Cook for 4 minutes on the high until the bananas begin to bubble.
- Allow to cool for few minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
4 - medium sized yellow bananas
60 ml - fresh orange juice
30 g - white cooking butter
20 ml - honey
4 scoops - ice cream
