Method
- Cut banana into round pieces and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan
- Add cardamon and sugar
- When the sugar melts add banana pieces When the ghee starts separating and banana turns slightly golden brown, garnish with cinnamon powder.
- Serve hot or chill as desired.
Ingredients:
5 - banana
1 pod - cardamon
1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
4 tbsp - sugar
2tsp - ghee
