Green Grapes and Walnuts with Cream

Method
  1. Slit grapes into half vertically.
  2. Drizzle brandy over them, toss, keep refrigerated.
  3. Whip cream with an electric whipper, till thick and smooth.
  4. Add sugar, whip till stiff enough to form soft peaks.
  5. Pour into a large star nozzled icing bag, keep chilled till required.
  6. Take four medium dessert glasses.
  7. Place one scoop icecream in each.
  8. Toss grapes and walnuts together with topping sauce.
  9. Put one fourth portion into each glass, over icecream.
  10. Top with a swirl of whipped cream till rim of glass.
  11. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or coffee powder
  12. Top with a whole grape.
  13. Serve immediately.

Making time: 30 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Shelflife: 2-3 hours chilled in freezer

Ingredients:
250 gms. - seedless grapes
2 cups - fresh cream chilled
2 tbsp - icing sugar
1 cup - walnuts, roughly crushed
1 tsp - brandy or rum or golden syrup
4 scoops - vanilla icecream
butterscotch icecream topping sauce

For Garnishing:
some coffee or cinnamon powder
few whole grapes
