Method
- Slit grapes into half vertically.
- Drizzle brandy over them, toss, keep refrigerated.
- Whip cream with an electric whipper, till thick and smooth.
- Add sugar, whip till stiff enough to form soft peaks.
- Pour into a large star nozzled icing bag, keep chilled till required.
- Take four medium dessert glasses.
- Place one scoop icecream in each.
- Toss grapes and walnuts together with topping sauce.
- Put one fourth portion into each glass, over icecream.
- Top with a swirl of whipped cream till rim of glass.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or coffee powder
- Top with a whole grape.
- Serve immediately.
