Peel and wash and finely dice the adarak.
Put the adarak, ajwain and chillies through a spice grinder to make a coarse paste.
Put the curd and water in the blender for a couple of minutes to make a Lassi.
Mix in the adarak, ajwain and chillies paste. Add rock salt to taste.
Leave to saok for about 2 hours and then seive out the flavouring.
Cool in the fridge and dilute some more with water before drinking.
Preperation time : 10 minutes + 2 hours to soak in (will stay in the fridge for a couple of days)
