Method
- Crumble the paneer and blend with mayonnaise, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and sugar in a mixer.
- Combine melon, papaya, celery and parsley together.
- Mix with the paneer mayonnaise dressing.
- Serve chilled.

100 g - paneer
2 cups - melon (honey due or cantaloupe), peeled and cubed
2 cups - papaya, peeled and cubed
1 cup - mayonnaise
� cup - celery stalks, chopped
few drops - green chilli sauce
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
4 tbsp - parsley, chopped
