Method
- Peel the plums, split into halves and remove the stone.
- Combine them with papaya.
- Toss with 1 Tbsp of sugar substitute and place in the refrigerator.
- Line a strainer with a thin cloth and pour yogurt or curds in it.
- Leave to drain till it is reduced to 1 cup.
- Beat cream cheese with the thick yogurt and the remaining sugar substitute.
- Stir in 2 tsp of orange rind.
- Divide the fruit mixture between four individual pudding bowls.
- Top with cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining orange rind on top.
- Serve chilled.
