Pineapple Ice- Cream

Method
  1. Chop the pineapple slices into very small pieces.
  2. Cut the basic ice-cream into pieces.
  3. Add the cream and essence.
  4. Churn it gently with a hand blender till soft and fluffy.
  5. Add the pineapple pieces and mix well.
  6. Keep to set in the freezer.

To serve:

  1. Lightly heat little pineapple jam in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add 2 tbsp water to make a sauce.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes, to get a pouring consistency.
  4. In a fancy small glass bowl put 2 scoops of the ice-cream and pour some pineapple sauce on it.
  5. Garnish with pineapple pieces.

P.S. Always use tinned pineapple.

1 - basic ice- cream

� tsp - pineapple essence
1 small tin - pineapple slices
