Method
Boil sweet potatoes; peel and mash.
Add sabudana flour, arrowroot, powdered cashewnut, almond, cardamom powder.
Knead well with a little milk.
Make a sugar syrup (add a cup of water to sugar and boil).
Shape into a pedha of above mixture.
Fry in ghee and add to the sugar syrup.
Sweet potato gulab jamun is ready.
Serve garnished with rose petals.
