Raw banana curry

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add mustard seeds, when they splutter, add curry leaves, methi seeds and red chilli; stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped small onion plus garlic paste.
  4. Stir on a low flame and then add chopped tomato.
  5. Slowing start adding remaining spices and stir well.
  6. Finally add the chopped raw banana, tamarind pulp, salt.
  7. Cover the lid under it is done.
  8. Once the curry is ready garnish with corainder leaves.
  9. Serve hot with dosa, idli and rice.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp chilli powder
100 gm small onion
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 red chilli
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp corainder powder
1 tbsp fish curry powder
1/2 lemon size tamarind
1 small tamato
1 raw banana chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
