Method
  1. Fry the gram flour till the raw smell is gone.
  2. Ghee, sugar, elachi powder and half cup of water should be boiled.
  3. When it starts boiling nicely, add one tablespoon of milk. when the milk starts boiling nicely reduce the flame.
  4. Add the gram flour and mix well till it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
  5. As soon as bubbles appear, pour out on to a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
  6. Allow it to dry.
  7. Cut it into pieces after half-an-hour and serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - gram flour
2 & 1/2 cup - sugar
2 cups - ghee
1 tsp - cardamom powder
