Black jaggery biscuit cake
Method
- Grind biscuit to a powder and keep it aside.
- Crush jaggery into powder
- Add required water
- Heat it in a kadai or thick-bottomed vessel
- When it boils, remove and drain with the help of a strainer.
- Allow it to cool and now add biscuit, chopped dates and cashew
- Cook till it is the consistency of soft dough.
- Put this mixture in a greased cake mould.
- Invert and drop the same - upside down biscuit cake is ready to serve.
- This is very healthy for kids.
Ingredients:
1 packet marie biscuit
2 big half coconut shape black jaggery
cashew and dates optional
