Black jaggery biscuit cake

Method
  1. Grind biscuit to a powder and keep it aside.
  2. Crush jaggery into powder
  3. Add required water
  4. Heat it in a kadai or thick-bottomed vessel
  5. When it boils, remove and drain with the help of a strainer.
  6. Allow it to cool and now add biscuit, chopped dates and cashew
  7. Cook till it is the consistency of soft dough.
  8. Put this mixture in a greased cake mould.
  9. Invert and drop the same - upside down biscuit cake is ready to serve.
  10. This is very healthy for kids.
Ingredients:
1 packet marie biscuit
2 big half coconut shape black jaggery
cashew and dates optional
