Method
  1. Slice ginger into small pieces.
  2. Add 2 tsp of oil and fry.
  3. Grind the fried ginger and keep aside.
  4. Take 100 ml oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, add tamarind juice, required amount of salt and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the ginger paste and bring to boil.
  6. Add a little amount of jaggery in the end.
  7. Ginger thokku is ready. It is very good for digestion.

200g - ginger
200ml - gingelly oil
1 cup - tamarind juice
Salt
50g - jaggery
Mustard seeds
