Method
- Slice ginger into small pieces.
- Add 2 tsp of oil and fry.
- Grind the fried ginger and keep aside.
- Take 100 ml oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, add tamarind juice, required amount of salt and bring to a boil.
- Add the ginger paste and bring to boil.
- Add a little amount of jaggery in the end.
- Ginger thokku is ready. It is very good for digestion.

1 cup - tamarind juice

50g - jaggery
