Method-
Pressure cook the black eyed beans for 3 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, fry until dark.
- Add the onions and stir fry until golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a min.
- Add the tomatoes.

Add in the spice powders, mix well and cook until the onion and tomatoes get blended along with the masala.

Tip in the beans, check for salt and allow it to cook for a couple of mins.
- Finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Black eyed beans masala is ready to be served.
