Green gram barfi

Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Grind green gram in the blender using milk.
  3. The mixture should be a thick paste.
  4. Add this paste to the heated ghee .
  5. Then add milk powder to it.
  6. Then add mawa to it and mix well.
  7. Slowly add sugar, colour, elaichi powder.
  8. Mix well till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  9. Then spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  10. Decorate with silver warq and cut into desired shape.
  11. Enjoy when it is cool
Ingredients:
250g - fresh green grams
250g - milk powder
100g - mawa
150g - sugar
1 tsp - elaichi powder
2 tbsp - ghee
Silver warq
1 to 2 drops green colour
1 cup milk
